Dave Yaussy

Dave Yaussy is an experienced attorney specializing in environmental and energy law. Currently, at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC since September 2014, Dave represents manufacturers and energy companies and provides legal advice to various associations in West Virginia. Prior to this role, Dave was a member at Robinson & McElwee PLLC from June 1984 to September 2014, where advocacy involved environmental permit appeals and engagement with business and trade associations on legislative matters. Dave obtained a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BA in Political Science, History, and Spanish from Otterbein University.
