Jim Elliott

Jim Elliott serves as General Counsel for Keystone Custom Homes since October 2017, where responsibilities include providing legal and strategic business advice on various matters, including environmental, HR, and contractual issues related to real estate development. Previously, Jim has been Counsel at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, since March 2011, representing oil and natural gas associations in legal challenges against EPA regulations. Jim's legal career began as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP, where valuable experience was gained from 1998 to February 2011. Jim holds a JD in Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and has an educational background from Bucknell University and DS High School.
