Ushani Dookhy

Ushani Dookhy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications at Spin Master since May 2019, Ushani previously held the position of Manager of Internal Communications at OLG from January 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities included developing corporate-wide communication strategies and advising senior executives. Prior to OLG, Ushani was the Manager of Employee Communications at Bank of Montreal, focusing on relationship management and communication planning for employee programs. Ushani's career began in the banking sector with a role as Communications Officer, managing intranet communications for over 14,000 employees. Ushani holds a BA Honours in Mass Communications and French from York University and a Post Diploma Certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca Polytechnic, complemented by studies at Université Bordeaux Montaigne.
