Felicia Page (Hocking) has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2010, they served as a Consultant Performance & Talent at QR for a year. Following this, they worked as an Organisational Psychologist/Coach & Advisor at Livingstones for four years. During this time, they gained experience in industrial relations, human resources, and organisational development and worked with clients in various sectors. In 2013, Felicia was a Guest Lecturer at The University of Queensland, focusing on training and facilitation.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Workforce Strategy & Capability Coach/Advisor for the Queensland Government, providing support to over 2,200 employees in two departments.
