Head of Nomination Committee at SpinChip Diagnostics

Otto Frøseth's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Otto started working as the Head of Venture Capital at Investinor AS in February 2013, where they were responsible for managing investments and supporting companies aiming for international growth. In January 2018, they became an Investment Director at the same company, bringing their expertise in venture capital, business development, and M&A.

In addition to their role at Investinor AS, Frøseth has held positions in other organizations. Otto served as a Non-Executive Director at Water Linked starting in June 2020. At Novelda AS, they became a Deputy Board Member in May 2016 and a Non-Executive Director in October 2019. Novelda AS specializes in nanoscale wireless low-power technology for sensor applications.

Frøseth also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Northern.tech since October 2019. The company focuses on securing the world's connected devices. Furthermore, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Stimline since April 2017, contributing to their goal of transforming well intervention operations with innovative products and technology.

Frøseth's experience extends to the field of Internet of Things (IoT). Otto became a Non-Executive Director at Tellu IoT AS in June 2018, assisting in the creation and operation of innovative and trustworthy IoT services. Additionally, they served as the Head of the Nomination Committee at SpinChip Diagnostics AS since June 2016, contributing to the development of their game-changing platform for in vitro diagnostics.

Frøseth also took on the role of a Business Mentor in the 100Scaleups program at Handelshøyskolen BI in October 2019. This program aims to support companies in developing and executing international scaling strategies.

Moreover, Frøseth served as the Head of the Nomination Committee at Numascale AS from November 2019 until January 2023. Numascale specializes in cache coherent node controllers for Scale-Up servers. Similarly, they became a Non-Executive Director at Swarm64 in October 2019, which was later acquired by ServiceNow Inc. in August 2021. Swarm64 focuses on developing integrated hardware and software solutions for scaling databases.

Throughout their career, Frøseth has demonstrated their expertise in venture capital, business development, change management, and turnarounds. Otto has worked in diverse industries, including ICT/digitalization, sensors, well intervention operations, IoT, medical devices, and database scalability.

Otto Frøseth attended Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 1978 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Later, they enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School from 1986 to 1989, undertaking part-time studies in Economics.
