Brandon Okrasinski

Brandon Okrasinski has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology, training, and customer service industries. From 2001-2006, they worked as a Production Specialist for Payroll 1, where they created and implemented a 100+ page training manual for proprietary software and developed an operational procedure manual for new hires. From 2006-2014, they were a Technology Training Manager, Insurance Agent, and Dog Trainer at FTD, Liberty National Life Insurance Company, and Mo'bedience: Dog Training by Maureen, respectively. In 2014, they were hired as a Technical Operations Manager at Float 2 Freedom, where they built, designed, and established all retail, operations, and technology platforms for the business. From 2018-2022, they were a Technical Product Trainer at CUES Inc. and a Corporate Trainer at Spindle.

Brandon Okrasinski obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from ITT Technical Institute-Oak Brook between 2001 and 2003. Brandon then obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2005, followed by a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in February 2005. In 2008, they became a Quickbooks Certified User from Intuit. Finally, in January 2019, they obtained a PACP - Pipeline Assessment Certification Program certification from the National Association of Sewer Service Companies.
