Vivian Chan

Vivian Chan is a skilled background artist currently with SpindleHorse Toons, where responsibilities include background layout and painting. Previous experience encompasses roles as a matte painter at IoM Media Ventures Inc., focused on 2D/3D hybrid shows, and as a concept artist at Hammer & Tong. Additionally, Vivian served as an art teacher at BaoBao Arts Centre/Legato Performance Academy, imparting visual art education to a diverse group of students. With a background in design from Mainframe Studios and as a lead character designer at Meta, contributions involved character designs and visual concepts for various projects. Earlier roles at Basically Good Media Lab involved concept creation for world-building in VR. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, completed in 2021.
