Cristina G. has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. CRISTINA started their career in 2000 as a Bookkeeper at Rene L. Lopez-Guerrero, M.D., F.A.A.P. Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicines. Later on, they took on the role of Billing and Coding Specialist and eventually became the Practice Administrator. In 2015, Cristina worked as a Practice Manager at 4beauty Aesthetics Institute, Inc. Following that, they joined OB/GYN ASSOCIATES OF MIAMI as a Senior Practice Administrator for five years. In 2021, Cristina joined Baptist Health South Florida as a Physician Practice Operations Manager for two years before becoming the Vice President of Operations at Spine and Wellness Centers of America in 2023.

Cristina G. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Cristina G. obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Go-Lean-Six Training & Consulting in 2023, Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2022, and Certified Professional Practice Manager from AAPC in 2022.
