Destini Watts, aPHR

Destini Watts has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Destini started their career in 2005 at TJ Maxx, where they worked as a Store Manager for 13 years. In 2018, they transitioned to The Vitamin Shoppe, where they served as a Store Manager for three years. Currently, they hold the position of Workforce Manager at SPINEN (Specialized Information Environments, Inc), starting in November 2021.

Destini Watts, aPHR, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the following certifications: Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in May 2022, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) from HRCI in November 2022.
