Otto Yang has worked in the quality assurance field since 2009. Otto began their career at Philips as a Product Quality Engineer in 2009. In 2012, they moved to SharkNinja as a Senior Quality Engineer. In 2013, they joined Electrolux as a Consumer Care QA Manager. In 2017, they became a Supplier Quality Manager at 家得宝. Since 2021, they have been the Running Operation VP and Quality Director at Spinn Inc.

Otto Yang obtained a Bachelor of Science in Material Science from Changchun University of Science and Technology between 2003 and 2007.
