Lisa Davis has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Lisa is currently working as the VP of Global Sales Enablement at Spinnaker Support, where they are responsible for building the sales enablement function. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Community Engagement Leader for the City of Independence, providing consulting and community development. Lisa has also held positions at Atos, Accenture, ConvergeOne, and Siemens IT Solutions and Services, where they focused on quality management, process improvement, and organizational change management. Lisa has a strong background in IT service management, Lean Six Sigma, and customer experience.
Lisa Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Oral Communications from Northern Kentucky University between 1988 and 1992. Lisa also completed the Atos Gold Program, a Global Leadership Development Program, at HEC Paris in 2013. Additionally, Lisa has obtained certifications such as Net Promoter Executive from Atos in 2008, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Siemens in 2005, Lean Six Sigma Champion from Siemens in 2004, and ITIL V3 from itSMF USA.
