Katherine Koziol is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategy with extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Currently serving as the Director of CX Strategy at SPINS since March 2020, Katherine leads a team of eight Customer Success Managers focused on customer retention and growth within the Snack & Beverage division. Previously, Katherine built and led a team in their role as Manager of Customer Success, enhancing onboarding and retention for small to mid-market brands. Katherine's career includes various roles at The Marketing Store, including Customer Success Manager and Sr. Account Executive, along with prior positions in content creation at Weber Associates and HAVI Global Solutions. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Management from Miami University.
