Jason Thomas

Jason Thomas has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales and business development in the built environment industry. Jason is currently working as a Sales Director at Spinview, where they focus on processing complex data from buildings, infrastructure, and cities to provide actionable insights and quantifiable gains. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager EMEA at Cityzenith, where they utilized the Smart World Pro platform to connect and manage project data in real-time.

Before Cityzenith, Jason worked at arbnco, where they contributed to the assessment and enhancement of health and wellbeing in buildings. Jason also held a business development role at Revizto, where they helped unify BIM intelligence for project teams. In the earlier stages of their career, Jason worked as a BIM 360 Sales Consultant at Autodesk and as a UK Sales Executive at Newforma.

Additionally, they have experience in Account Management, having worked as an Account Manager at Excitech Ltd, where they recommended and implemented innovative technology and software solutions for architectural, engineering, and construction professionals. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Consultant at Prestige Projects Management Ltd, selling design and project solutions to local borough councils.

Before transitioning into the built environment industry, Jason worked as a Financial Adviser and Stockbroker at Edward Jones, providing investment and retirement planning advice. Jason also gained experience in sales and customer service as a Savings and Investments Manager at NatWest, where they managed sales teams and achieved sales targets.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, meet sales objectives, and leverage technology and data for improved outcomes in the built environment sector.

Jason Thomas attended Longdean School from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained 8 GCSE's with a grade of C, including Maths, English, and Science. From 1999 to 2001, they attended West Herts College and completed an A Level in English Literature. Additionally, from 1999 to 2000, Jason Thomas also pursued an AS Level in Psychology at West Herts College.
