Shawn Cavanaugh has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shawn currently works as a Joint Training Program Manager at Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they had a long career in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles such as Standardization and Evaluations Superintendent, Chief Mission Management, Chief Standardization and Evaluations, and Production Subject Matter Expert. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing training and evaluations, developing training programs, supervising personnel, and analyzing intelligence reports for training requirements. Before joining the Air Force, Shawn worked as a Store Manager at Starbucks from August 1999 to September 2002.
Shawn Cavanaugh began their education in 2002 when they attended the Community College of the Air Force. Shawn obtained an Associate of Science degree in Communications Applications Technology, completing their studies in 2013. In 2003, Shawn also attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literature in 2004.
