Matthew Mayes

Matthew Mayes has over 17 years of work experience in the technology field. Matthew began their career in 2004 as a Business System Analyst at Asurion, where they worked in a hybrid of Agile/Scrum and Microsoft Solution Framework methodologies. Matthew was also a Data Analyst II Supply Chain, writing T-SQL queries and creating and maintaining MS Access databases. In 2015, they joined Deloitte as a Report Developer, where they were an SME on where the PMO data comes from and how it relates to each project. Matthew combined financial, operational, and project server data into easy-to-use dashboards and scorecards. In 2016, they moved to Cigna Insurance Services as a System Analyst Advisor, directing and managing the introduction of a new tool for the Miami Leon team, Power BI. Matthew also provided support, guidance, and compliance for audits of the Leon specific servers. Matthew then became a System Analyst Sr. Specialist, managing quarterly audits of individual users and group level access to SQL servers. Matthew is currently a Senior Data Analyst at Spiras Health.

Matthew Mayes graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Information Systems.
