Nancy Hess

Nancy Hess has over twenty-eight years of experience in the healthcare industry. Nancy began their career in 1993 as a Principal and Director of Managed Care at TriBrook/AM&G. Nancy then moved on to Shea, Hess & Associates as a Principal in 1999, followed by IBM in 2000 as a Principal. In 2003, they joined EDS as a Healthcare Client Sales Executive and Principal. Nancy then moved to The TriZetto Group in 2005 as a National Sales Director and Solution Executive. In 2008, they joined CSC as a Client Partner and Relationship Executive. In 2012, they joined Optum as a Vice President, Strategic Client Executive. In 2022, they joined TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions as a Senior Vice President, Growth, Strategy and Operations. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Spiras Health as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Nancy Hess obtained their MBA from Roosevelt University in 1990, majoring in Finance and Marketing. From 1977 to 1981, they earned their Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College, studying Music Theory and Composition and Piano Performance. Nancy also obtained a Masters in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy from the Adler School of Psychology and a High School Diploma from St Joseph High School.
