Catharina Weegh

Catharina Weegh has a diverse work experience in communication and management roles. Catharina currently serves as the Head of Communications at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Communications (Interim) at Rotork from August 2022 to January 2023. Catharina also worked as a Senior Manager/VP in Internal Communications at Macquarie Asset Management, Macquarie Group from February 2022 to July 2022.

Before these positions, Catharina held the role of Communications Director at Cobham Mission Systems from January 2020 to January 2022, and as Communications & Marketing Manager at the same company from April 2019 to January 2020. Catharina was also a Communications Strategist at Home, an internal communications agency, from September 2018 to December 2018.

Catharina has experience in interim roles as well, having worked as an Internal Communications Manager at Laird from May 2018 to September 2018. Catharina also worked as a Freelance Communications Consultant from August 2015 to August 2018.

Earlier in their career, Catharina served as a Workstream Lead Communications - Transformation Programme (Contract) at South Somerset District Council from August 2017 to January 2018. Catharina also worked at GDF SUEZ E&P UK Ltd, where they held roles such as Communications Manager (Head of) from October 2011 to April 2015 and Online Communications Manager from November 2010 to October 2011.

Catharina'swork experience includes roles in client services as well, having worked as a Client Manager, Client Services EMEA at Melbourne IT Digital Brand Services from July 2010 to September 2010. Throughout their career, Catharina has demonstrated their expertise in communications and management, consistently delivering impactful results in various organizations.
