Amy Jones MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Lead for Group & Corporate Functions at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since October 2022, while also holding the position of Regional HR Business Partner for Middle East, Africa & Western Europe since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Dyson and the Met Office, where strategic HR partnerships were established with executive leadership and senior management. Amy's expertise includes talent acquisition and HR operations, demonstrated through leadership positions at Hays and a strong educational background with a Master's in HRM and a BA in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
