Mylene Pyplacz has a diverse work experience with a focus in human resources. Mylene started their career at Comanche County Memorial Hospital as an Admissions Coordinator from 2000 to 2002. Mylene then joined the US Army, where they held various roles such as Social Services Assistant / Employment Readiness and Relocation Assistant / Information and Referral Specialist from 2004 to 2005. Mylene then transitioned to the hospitality industry, working at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. Mylene started as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2005 to 2012, then became an Administrative Assistant from 2012 to 2015, and finally a Human Resources Training Manager from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Mylene is working at Spire Hospitality as an Area Human Resources Director since April 2018 and recently became the Complex Human Resources Director starting in May 2019.

Mylene Pyplacz attended Los Angeles Valley College to study English Language and Literature. Mylene also graduated with honors from Nuestra Señora de Chiquinquirá Femenino in Bogotá, Colombia, where they received their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
