Johnny Truong

Johnny Truong is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. As Chief Technology Officer at Spire since February 2019, Johnny has also held senior roles such as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Technology and VP of Engineering. Previously, at Medallia, Johnny served as Sr Director of Engineering from November 2015 to February 2019. Johnny's tenure at NVIDIA from December 2008 to October 2015 included key positions such as Sr Director of SW Infrastructure & Operations and Director of Tegra Software Planning, where significant accomplishments included transitioning the organization's infrastructure and implementing continuous integration development flows. Earlier career roles include New Business Development Applications Engineer at Ubicom, Senior Software Engineer/Lead at NetLogic Microsystems, and Staff Software Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor. Johnny holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
