Rich Schaeffer

Rich Schaeffer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network performance and technical solutions, currently serving as a Senior Technology Consultant at Spirent Communications since June 2013. Previously held positions include Service Delivery Engineer II at Cox Communications, providing tier 4 support for Ethernet and IP products, and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Spirent Communications, where expertise in service assurance equipment was leveraged for global sales initiatives. Rich has also worked as a Manager of Global Network Operations at Syncordia and held various engineering roles at prominent telecom companies, including Sprint and the United States Air Force. Rich Schaeffer holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Applied Systems Technology from the Community College of the United States Air Force.
