Matt Bianchi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matt started their career at Dealtree Inc. as a Product Merchandiser, where they managed mass consumer electronics item descriptions and listed them online for eCommerce sale. Matt then worked at Best Buy as a Development Support Representative, where they trained customer service representatives, implemented procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, and responded to customer inquiries. Following that, they served as a Customer Care Supervisor at Best Buy. Matt later worked as a Marketing Intern at Kauai Island Vacations, inc., a Network Operations Analyst at Grupo SMS Data Center, and a Food Server at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. Currently, they are working at Spireon as an Operations Support Analyst, where they support the company's operations and assists with customer support for asset/trailer intelligence and automotive telematics solutions.

Matt Bianchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Fullerton. Matt attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) in Business Administration/Marketing at Orange Coast College from 2010 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Matt also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In November 2020, they completed the "SEO Foundations" certification. In October 2020, they completed the "Google Analytics Essential Training" certification. And in September 2020, they obtained the "Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training" certification.
