Troy McCalla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Troy began their career at Ryder System, Inc. in 1986 as a Senior Credit Manager, where they worked until 2003. Troy then joined Peachtree Nissan Inc. as a Sales Manager from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they became a Partner at Ian O'Brien & Associates, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, Troy McCalla joined Spireon, Inc. as the Executive Director of Sales, a position they currently hold. At Spireon, Inc., they focus on developing strong business relationships and offering affordable risk mitigation and mobile asset management services to global customers.

Troy McCalla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baruch College. Troy attended Baruch College from 1981 to 1985.
