Brad Davies

Brad Davies serves as the Director of Quality at Spirit AeroSystems since October 2020, overseeing quality for 767, 777, and 787 assembly as well as core quality and audit standards. In addition to this role, Brad holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, with a focus on infantry and quality assurance in professional military education. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Boeing from May 2009 to October 2020, where responsibilities ranged from managing operations in various aerospace programs to overseeing supply chain functions. Brad's career began at Caterpillar Inc. as an Operations Supervisor. Educationally, Brad possesses a Master of Business Administration from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
