Jennifer Batiste-Holland is a Senior Continuous Improvement Project Specialist at Spirit AeroSystems, a position held since April 2009, where responsibilities include operations engineering and lean project management. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Program Management Specialist and a Senior Lean Project Manager within the same company, focusing on rate readiness and coaching for the Propulsion Business Unit. Jennifer's earlier experience includes business development and marketing for Spirit AeroSystems from 2005 to 2009, as well as senior lean project management at Boeing from 1997 to 2005, where expertise in lean manufacturing and coaching was developed. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Friends University and a Master’s degree in Management from Webster University, complemented by Six Sigma training from GE Aviation.
