Chris Daugherty is an experienced professional in the field of customer experience and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience Strategy & Analytics at Spirit Airlines since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held positions at United Airlines as Sr. Manager of Customer Insights & Analytics and at American Airlines in various managerial roles related to customer experience and business loyalty programs. Chris's career began as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Air Force, followed by a Data Analyst position at Lockheed Martin. Chris holds an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago.
