Robert L. Jones

Robert L. Jones, Jr. serves as the Vice President of Labor Relations at Spirit Airlines since November 2022. Prior to this role, Robert had a long tenure at American Airlines from January 2004 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Associate General Counsel & Managing Director - Labor, Managing Director - Labor Relations, and Senior Attorney - Labor & Employment. In these positions, Robert provided counsel and strategic advice to minimize legal risks and enhance human resource practices. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. and as a Law Clerk for Judge Stuart Peim in New Jersey. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctorate with Honors from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University.
