Steven Flak is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spirit Airlines, Steven developed the internal recruitment structure and personally managed executive recruiting. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Clark County School District, where a strategic recruitment plan resulted in the hiring of over 4,000 employees and a significant reduction in vacancies. As Talent Acquisition Manager at MGM Resorts International, Steven established key performance indicators and managed a sourcing team that successfully filled $5.5 million in salaried positions.
