Carlos Mendoza III has a diverse work experience in the field of design and product development. Carlos started their career at Giant Merchandising as an artist and worked there until 2002. Carlos then joined Jada Toys as a concept artist and lead artist, where they worked on various projects and was involved in designing new toy ideas and creating graphics for different brands. In 2008, they joined Spin Master as an illustrator and concept artist. In 2010, they became the creative lead for product development at Jada Toys, where they managed teams and introduced new innovative remote control and diecast lines. In 2012, they worked as a creative director at C3 Studio Inc. and in 2013, they joined Maisto International, Inc. as a senior product designer, conceptual artist, and illustrator. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a design director at Jakks Pacific, where they led product development for a diverse product portfolio across multiple categories. In 2018, they became a senior design manager at Alpha Group US. Currently, they are working as an art director at Spirit Halloween since 2020.

Carlos Mendoza III attended Art Center College of Design from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on illustration and freehand drawing. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in Concept Design Academy, specializing in conceptual design for games and products.
