Adel Laacher

Adel Laacher is an accomplished professional in real estate development and commercial performance analysis. Currently serving as the Responsable Développement Consultations at SPIRIT since February 2023, Laacher previously held the position of Real Estate Development Manager at Woodeum from January 2022 to February 2023, where notable achievements included winning a tender to develop a 250 housing neighborhood and overseeing a pipeline of 500 housing units along with significant commercial space. Prior experience includes working as an Analyste performance commerciale at GEODIS from September 2019 to December 2021 and completing an internship at EDF in April to August 2018, where contributions included co-developing a marketing strategy for the "Atelier Energie & Territoires" think tank focused on Smart city initiatives.
