Christopher started their career as a Snowboard Instructor at SnowDome Ltd. before moving on to roles in information technology at Drive Assist UK Ltd, CPP Group plc, and GSA Techsource. Bailey also worked at Ocado as a Recruitment & Attraction Manager and TA & HCM Implementation Lead, and at The Works Stores Ltd as a TA Project Manager.
