Alexandra Barany

Alexandra Barany, PHR has a solid background in human resources and finance. Alexandra is currently the Director of Human Resources at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Human Resources at the same company from November 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Spirit Realty Capital, Inc, they worked at Group One Trading, LP as a Human Resources Administration and Finance Associate from July 2017 to October 2019. Alexandra also has experience as an Accountant (Contract) at Bentley's Pet Stuff from February 2017 to May 2017. Alexandra's earliest work experience includes a long tenure at Breakdown Services, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist and Accounting Specialist from February 2008 to January 2017.

Alexandra Barany completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara in 2007. Alexandra obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2016.
