Jason Ratcliffe

Jason Ratcliffe has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jason is currently the President at SpiTrex Orthopedics, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Tyber Medical, LLC from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Jason worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Panther Global Technologies. Jason also served as the General Manager at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from 2012 to 2019 and at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. Before that, they were the Corporate Lean Manager and Process Engineer at Mexican Industries from 1992 to 2002, where they led the Lean transformation of multiple plants and achieved significant improvements in various areas of manufacturing.

Jason Ratcliffe has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Davenport University.
