Josh Harmon

Joshua Harmon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, sales, coaching, and management. Currently serving as a Service Technician at Splash Car Wash & Oil Change since October 2021, Joshua ensures optimal operation of equipment and chemicals for customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Sales Representative at Glazer's Distributors, where Joshua managed over ninety clients in northwest Arkansas, and Crossfit Coach at Crossfit Low Oxygen, motivating athletes and guiding them through workouts. As Shop Manager at Mountain Wave Snowboard Shop, Joshua oversaw daily operations, while experience as a USSSA Umpire at Central Arkansas Sports Management involved quickly advancing to a head umpire position. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Arkansas Tech University, completed in 2012.
