Mysha held roles such as Motion Graphic Designer, User Experience Designer, Animation Teacher, and Head of Design & Marketing. Mysha excelled in positions at various companies, including Alaraby TV Network, Draper Together CIO, and Level Two Beards. Their most recent position is as Lead Creative Designer at Splash Damage, where they continue to showcase their expertise in design and creative direction.

Mysha Santini graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in Digital Film Production from Ravensbourne University London in 2015.
