Sara Schrage

Sara leads people operations at Splice Machine. Prior to Splice Machine, Sara led people operations at companies including PowerReviews/ Bazaarvoice, Mode Media fka Glam Media, Samsung, and ran HR consulting firm, Search Solutions Group. Sara received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, completed Cornell University’s Human Resource Executive program, and is SHRM-SCP, SPHR-CA and SPHR certified.
