Palina Yantsevich

Palina Yantsevich has worked for three companies over the past decade. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an Ekonomist II kat. for Priorbank. From 2015 to 2022, they worked for EPAM Systems, where they held two roles: Senior Software Testing Engineer and Software Testing Engineer. In their Senior Software Testing Engineer role, they were responsible for test strategy/plan development, requirements analysis, and planning/scheduling/coordination Test Team activities. Palina also achieved increased experience of requirements analysis, organized regression testing process from scratch and its maintenance, and increased mentoring skills. In their Software Testing Engineer role, they were responsible for test documentation creation/reviewing, supervising new QA team members, and communication with 3rd party vendors. Palina also achieved successful participation in project activities, tasks prioritization and distribution skill, and increased overall responsibility and ownership skills. Currently, Palina Yantsevich is a QA Engineer at SplitMetrics.

Palina Yantsevich attended Belarusian National Technical University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business-Administration in the sphere of Production and Management of Natural Resources. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Natural Resources.
