Will Leach

Will joined SPMB from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice. In 2019, he helped open and lead SPMB’s New York office to bookend the firm’s national presence. As a project leader, Will works across software, technology, and private equity clients to identify and place C-level executives. Having completed dozens of successful searches ranging from pre-revenue to the public markets, Will has built an extensive network of innovative companies and transformational talent.

Will holds a BA from Georgetown University where he was captain of the men’s swim team. He maintains his love for the water through triathlons, surfing, and wakeboarding. In his free time, you can find Will traveling, hiking, or searching for his caffeine fix, all preferably with his dog.
