Tracy has over a decade of business banking experience, prior to that she was the regional manager for many large companies. Through this work she has learned what it takes to successfully run a business, directly benefiting her in her role as a business banker. Helping local businesses reach financial success and expand their business is Tracy’s passion.

Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
