Sullivan Gimaret has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital strategy. Starting from 2011 as a marketing intern at Other Edition, a digital publishing house, they assisted in updating media kits and managing social network activities. They then joined Fusion Brands Inc as a Global Marketing & International Business Development Coordinator, taking on responsibilities in marketing strategy implementation and international business development. At Coty, as a Product Manager Assistant in Global Marketing, Sullivan worked on fragrance limited editions, global marketing campaigns, and new fragrance franchise development. They then moved to Puig as a Digital & E-commerce Manager for L'Artisan Parfumeur, leading digital and e-commerce activities and implementing a customer-centric approach. At Rabble, they were the Head of Marketing, responsible for building a marketing & digital strategy for a start-up in the fitness industry. They then joined REED as a Growth Marketing Lead for Reed Digital Ventures, leading omni-channel marketing activities for Freesy, a platform connecting contractors with tech companies. Most recently, Sullivan worked at Sugimco as a Marketing Consultant. Currently, Sullivan is the VP of Growth at SPOKE.

Sullivan Gimaret has a diverse education background. In 2008-2010, they attended Lycée du Parc, where they pursued CPGE BCPST with a focus on Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, and Mathematics. From 2010-2014, they studied at ESIEE PARIS, completing a Masters in Business Management & Biotechnologies. Following this, from 2013-2014, Sullivan pursued a Masters in Business with a specialization in Luxury, Design & Innovation at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. In 2022, Sullivan completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, further expanding their knowledge in the field of Marketing.
