Mika Heiska

Mika Heiska has extensive experience in project and construction management, working for various companies such as Sponda Ltd, IKEA Centres, Sweco PM Oy, and Ikano Retail Centres Finland Oy. Mika has been involved in managing Capex projects, tenant coordination, and development of shopping centers in multiple countries across Europe. With a background in both project and construction management, Mika has successfully overseen various large-scale projects, such as shopping centers, office renovations, and power plants.
