David Garrido's work experience begins with their current position at Sport Heroes as the Spain Sales Strategy Director for the United Heroes program. David helped establish the consultancy firm as a leader and reference in Experiential Learning.

David briefly worked at DESAFÍA from 2005 to 2010 as the Director of HR Services. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Projects at STRATEGIC COMPANY from 1994 to 2005. In this role, they contributed to the company's goal of enhancing human capital through training, development, and motivation. The firm specialized in Experiential Learning methodologies and tools such as Outdoor Training, Business Games, Business Simulations, and Directing Creativity.

David's early work experience includes a role as a Professional Insurance Agent at MAPFRE VIDA from 1992 to 1994.

David Garrido has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from CESMA Business School, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, in 2000, they completed an Executive MBA program at the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from BAI, which they earned between 1989 and 1994.
