Philippe-Henri Leroy

Philippe-Henri Leroy is an experienced strategic analysis consultant currently serving at Sport Quantum since June 2017. Prior to this role, Philippe-Henri was the founder and president of UPSYLONExperience SAS from August 2014 to August 2018, focusing on enhancing performance in R&D and industrial processes within mechanical, materials, energy, and connectivity sectors. Philippe-Henri also held various positions at PSA Peugeot-Citroen from 2002 to July 2014, including R&D Strategic Project Manager where Philippe-Henri founded the VALdriv innovative PLM program for the automotive sector, Managing Director in Powertrain sales, and Director of Mechanical Powertrain Development, overseeing system engineering and R&D projects. Philippe-Henri's educational background includes executive coaching from HEC Paris, a strategic R&D management certification from INSEAD, and advanced degrees in Powertrains and Lubricants, as well as in general engineering and manufacturing from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
