Sheila Swancutt

Sheila Swancutt has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Sheila began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at STAR TRIBUNE COMPANY in 1995 and stayed there until 2004. Sheila then worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center from 2005 to 2010. Following that, they joined Sportech Inc. in 2010 and held various roles including HR Generalist, HR Manager, and HR Director. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at Sportech Inc. Sheila is responsible for managing the HR department, designing and administering compensation programs, and leading and developing the HR team.

Sheila Swancutt graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Industrial Relations.
