Labiba Russo

Labiba is the Chief Growth Officer who works with SportGait to lead the marketing, sales, and training & education efforts. She brings a wealth of experience to SportGait with 20+ years of experience working as a startup business accelerator, a pioneer in the concussion management space, & entrepreneur in continuing education for athletic trainers. She has been instrumental in bringing the treatment and management of concussions to the forefront.

Labiba started her healthcare career working for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and was recruited to join ImPACT as the first employee for a, then, startup company. She was instrumental in their meteoric growth rate, and she designed and built all the credentialed/certificate programs for ImPACT. CIC, ITAT, ITPT, etc. After leaving ImPACT, she led the Continuing Professional Development Department at Jefferson in downtown Philadelphia working in the school of medicine at Thomas Jefferson University.
