Mitchel Harris has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various sectors. Mitchel is currently working at Sporting Life Group since 2022 as the Director of Learning and Talent. At Me to We, they worked as a Research and Development Specialist and as a Leadership Facilitator and Development Coordinator, where they designed educational curriculum, trained staff, and facilitated leadership workshops.

Furthermore, Mitchel worked at Canadian Hockey Enterprises Limited as a Camp Counselor from 2000 to 2005.
