Daniel Rossmann has over 10 years of experience in customer care and client services roles. Daniel currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Client Services & Care at Sportradar, where they are responsible for the strategic development and expansion of their client services unit. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Care and Director of Support at the same company, where they implemented various measures to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, leading to the unit receiving the "Best Customer Service" Award. Before joining Sportradar, Daniel worked as a Team Manager at D+S communication center Gera GmbH, where they directed external communication processes and led support teams to achieve performance and quality targets.
Daniel Rossmann received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Cooperative State University Gera-Eisenach in Germany from 2006 to 2009. Daniel also obtained an Advanced Technical College Certificate in Business and Administration from Technical High School in Gera, Germany from 1997 to 1999.
In addition to their educational background, Daniel Rossmann has obtained several certifications including a Data Protection Officer certification from IHK Gera in 2013, an Office Administrator certification from IHK Karlsruhe in 2005, a Supply Sergeant certification from the German Army in 2001, and a Coach Certificate & Licensed German sports Badge Auditor from the German Army Sportschool in Warendorf, Germany.
