Lijo John

Lijo John currently serves as an SLA Manager at Sportradar since September 2023. Previously, Lijo held the position of Customer Success Operations Manager at CareStack™, where implementation of a revenue cycle management initiative enhanced operational efficiency through process automation. Prior to that, Lijo worked as Assistant Manager Operations at Advantmed for a brief period and spent nearly a decade in a similar role at Allianz Insurance. Lijo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and completed higher secondary education in Commerce at St. Xavier's Loyola in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
