Peter Harman

Peter Harman is a seasoned legal and risk professional currently serving as the Chief Legal & Risk Officer at Sportsbet since March 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at Telstra, including Chief Compliance Officer and Principal - Head of Risk & Compliance for Product & Technology, where responsibilities involved developing a Risk & Compliance Centre of Expertise and embedding risk frameworks across digital initiatives. Peter's earlier experience includes significant roles at ANZ, focusing on compliance frameworks and regulatory changes, along with legal practice at Clayton Utz and Russell Kennedy. Peter holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Melbourne and both a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
