Charles Boyle has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Charles began their career at Wells Fargo, where they held multiple roles in risk management and analytics, leading teams and developing strategies to reduce loss exposure and improve operational efficiency. Charles then joined FICO as the Americas Practice Leader, responsible for delivering analytic engagements and supporting sales efforts. At Ally, they served as the Director of Product Management Analytics and later as the Director of Product Analytics, where they played a crucial role in evaluating strategic initiatives and optimizing business processes. As the VP/Senior Director of Decision Sciences at Solera, Inc., they built and managed a team of data scientists and engineers, integrating predictive modeling capabilities into software solutions. With Honeywell, they served as the Chief Data Scientist, leading analytics teams and driving digital product enhancements across various business units. Charles Boyle received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Widener University, completing it in 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the ASQ Human Development and Leadership Division, as well as a SAS Business Analyst certification from SAS.
